This significantly reduces the risk of allergies in everyday life. The lively, bright Eulenspiegel Pro Face Paints are manufactured in accordance with the EU Cosmetics Ordinance. Of course, Eulenspiegel Pro Face Paints also comply with the German Toys Ordinance and have been tested in accordance with the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. "To guarantee this, we have our make-up tested by leading testing institutes before selling it in retail stores.
