Apply a single brush stroke from the inner corner to the outer corner of the upper lash line for ideal coverage. 4. For an intensified gaze and a full, dense lash line, apply multiple strokes, allowing the eyeliner to dry slightly between each stroke. 5. Use the eyeliner to tightline the upper lash line for added intensity. 6. Blend the eyeliner as desired for a smoky eye effect. 7. Allow the eyeliner to set for a few minutes before blinking or rubbing the eyes to ensure longevity. 8. To remove, use a makeup remover specifically designed for eye makeup.
