These cutters have an reversed jaws blades, thereby making it possible to cut IC legs in full direct view by the user (when holding nippers vertically in relation to the PCB - see photo gallery). ESD-safe handles made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPR) for a comfort grip - lightweight at just 35g.
