With this set you can easily attach the detector with screws to your ceiling. In addition, the detector is supplied with a connection block to connect the phase 0 and the switching wire. When this has been done, the detector is ready to use. We recommend placing at least one smoke detector on each floor of your home. Always place a smoke detector on the ceiling. The best places to place a detector are part of your escape route, for instance in the corridor, the landing and stairwells.
