The Stacey balloon valance is designed with a 1.5 inch rod pocket, a decorative 2.5 inch head, and a chamber to create the balloon effect. The width is measured overall, the length is measured from the header at the top (ruffle above the rod pocket) to the bottom of the valance. For wider windows, simply add multiple valances on the same curtain rod. The valances can be matched with matching tiers and garlands. Machine washable.
