Product Description The Elanee pelvic floor training set consists of the pelvic floor training aids phase I active, the pelvic floor training aid phase II and the intimate hydrogel. The pelvic floor training aids phase I active are a set of 4 tampon-shaped cones with different weights for the perception, building and active control of weakened pelvic floor muscles according to the biofeedback principle. The pelvic floor training aid phase II is used for permanent follow-up training through passive stimulation of the pelvic floor muscles. The vibrations are caused by balls inside the vaginal cone. The intimate hydrogel is a medical lubricant for easier insertion of pelvic floor training aids.
