Eminent Domain Explore the galaxy to expand your empire! What will you do with nearby planets? Colonize them... or conquer them by force? Produce resources to exchange them or research new technologies to forge the best empire and win the game. Eminent Domain is an empire building game in which the capabilities of your domain are represented with a deck of Committed cards. When the game begins, all players' decks are identical. On each turn you must choose a Committee to start it. By doing so, you will add the corresponding Committed card to your deck. When you initiate a Committee, you can enhance its effect by playing cards from your hand whose symbols match that of the Committee you have chosen. For example, the more times your Empire researches, the more effective it will be when researching in subsequent turns, because you will have more cards with Research symbols in your deck. During the game, players gain influence across the universe as they expand their Empire, research and exchange resources. You can explore to find planets and colonize them or start a war to incorporate them into your empire (turn them around) and exploit their capabilities and influence, produce resources in them to exchange them, or investigate new technologies. The player whose empire has the most influence at the end of the game will dominate the galaxy!
