Ingredients Foam Directions To use these earplugs, first ensure hands are clean to avoid contamination. Take one earplug and hold it with the contoured T-shape facing outwards. Gently pull back on the outer ear to straighten the ear canal, then insert the T-shaped end into the ear canal. The foam should expand to fit securely. For removal, gently twist the earplug while slowly pulling it out. Discard used earplugs and store unused ones in a clean, dry place. For best results, clean hands before handling and follow instructions for easy insertion and removal.
