- HEIRLOOM VARIETY WITH UNIQUE COLOURING: Produces beautiful cream-yellow pods marked with rich purple mottling. A striking and delicious bean that stands out in the garden and on the plate.
- COMPACT & HIGH-YIELDING PLANTS: Bush-type plants grow to around 60 cm tall, requiring no staking. Very productive throughout the season when regularly harvested. Pods are slightly curved, meaty, and smooth-textured. Excellent steamed, sautéed, added to salads or enjoyed fresh straight from the garden.
- SOWING INFORMATION: Sow from March to July, planting seeds 2 cm deep in warm soil (around 15°C). Space seeds 15–20 cm apart in rows 45 cm apart. Choose a sunny, sheltered spot with well-drained soil.
- GROWING & HARVEST GUIDE: Keep plants well-watered, particularly during flowering and pod development. Remove weeds regularly and mulch lightly to retain soil moisture. Harvest from June to October, picking pods when young and tender to encourage continuous production. Suitable for raised beds, borders, allotments, patio pots and container growing.
