Our branded DPC injection cream for the treatment of rising damp is accredited by the BBA. Certificate issue number: 16/5313. It offers 25% active ingredient which is higher than most brands in the market place. DryFix DPC damp proofing injection cream is a Silane based chemical cream that is easy to apply without the need for specialist equipment. The Silane cream works by migrating through the mortar bed once injected through a series of pre-drilled holes. Moisture within the mortar triggers the resin carried within the cream to create a pore liner within the mortar. Once fully cured, a new, fully formed damp proof course becomes effective.
