The Car Safety Window Lock was created and designed in the UK by parents who had the problem of their child winding down the manual crank handle in the car and throwing out various objects through the window. The Car Safety Window Lock fits under the crank handle preventing it from being wound down. The Car Window Safety Lock fits most cars and some may need to use the riser blocks which are included dependent on the door panel of you car. PLEASE NOTE THE LOCK DOES NOT ADHERE AS WELL TO CARS THAT HAVE CLOTH/FABRIC INTERIOR DOOR PANELS. IT IS ALSO IMPERATIVE TO CLEAN THE DOOR PANEL USING THE THE WIPE PROVIDED PRIOR TO FITTING.
