The ideal tin for the baking of stacking cakes. In contrast to the classic loaf tin the where the tin is turned upside down for the removal of the cake, here – simply open the side springform clip, ...done. The springform has a special base with an all round groove to hold the mixture. The oven remains clean during the baking. Highest baking is assured by the high quality material in modern two-colour appearance. The wine-coloured outside of the quality material guarantees the good heat conduction and therefore the nice and even browning of the dough. On the inside the springform has a silver-coloured extra non-stick coating. Nothing sticks after the baking and the springform is clean in a flash. Fruit-acid-resistant. Like all Dr. Oetker baking tins it is tested and certified in the Dr. Oetker test kitchen.
