• Shampoo: dilute 1/2 tablespoon soap in 1/2 cup water
• Dishwashing detergent: 2 tablespoons diluted in 5 litres of water, rinse with water
• Hair removal/shaving soap: face: 10 drops, armpits: 3 drops, legs: 1/2 tablespoon
• Baby bath/hair: just enough for a good foam, massage gently
