Door Monkey, Optional Catch by Door Monkey

• NOT required for standard Door Monkey installations
• Only required for applications with nonstandard door stop moulding

The Optional Catch is ONLY required when the Door Monkey is used in an application with nonstandard door stop moulding. Door stop moulding is the portion of the door frame that the door closes against. Typically it is rectangular with square edges, but a small percentage of custom applications use door stop moulding with a rounded or beveled edge. In these cases the Optional catch must be installed. See the third product image above for more details.
