Door Hinge and Latch Jig 76mm and 102mm Hinge Cut Out - 35mm Door

The Zacels Door Hinge and Latch Jig is for either a 35mm door with 102mm hinge cut out and also a 76mm hinge cut out (using the Black Spacer Provided) and either 45mm or 57mm Centre Latch. Designed to be used with a 12-13mm template router cutter (such as the Trend 1/4" Template Profile Router Cutter 12.7 x 9.5mm shown in the photos). The cutter is not supplied with the template. Can be used on door thickness (35mm-36mm Blue) slight tolerance as prefinished doors are slightly thicker than unfinished doors. Please make sure the larger fence with the latch holes in is clamped or screwed tight against the door. As with any template, we strongly recommend you try the template on a spare piece of wood first to ensure it's compatible with your hinge and cutter. Can be used with any type of handle that has a latch backset of either 45mm or 57mm. Latch Plate dimensions are 58mm x 26mm.
