Made from flexible 3mm neoprene, they help add insulation around your feet while still allowing natural movement. They are a practical choice for swimmers looking for open water swimming socks, swimming neoprene socks, neoprene swim socks, wild swimming socks or lightweight cold water socks. Designed for women and men, these neoprene socks have a snug anatomical fit, thermal inner feel and glued, blindstitched seams to help reduce water entry. Like most wetsuit socks, they are not fully waterproof in the way rubber boots are; they work by limiting water movement and helping retain warmth. The grippy sole adds traction on wet ground, poolside surfaces, paddle boards and changing areas, but they are not designed as hiking socks or replacement outdoor shoes.
