The DIGITUS® category 5e class D patch cable has been manufactured and tested in accordance with ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 CAT 5e. They ensure cable installation is done in accordance with ISO and EN channel specification and offers excellent performance in DIGITUS® CAT 5e cabling. Performance up to 100 MHz has been verified, including features such as paradiphony ("NEXT"). DIGITUS® patch cables have been specifically developed to fully meet all requirements in all sectors of use. All cables are equipped with an injected anti-kink protection wrap with pressure discharge. The sheath further has a retention tab protection that prevents the cable from snagging and breakage of the connector retaining tab. A simple identification of category 5e is made possible by the blue coloring of the pin.
