The smartlatch a tubular mortice latch designed to be installed quickly and with minimal effort while offering a stylish contemporary look. Using just a 25mm spade you can install the latch and soleplate; the only chiselling required is for the strike plate lip. Smartlatches are available as passage and push button privacy and in four finishes. The latches can be used with any set of levers, but they are ideal for use with the Arc range of designer levers.
