Product description Derma Protective Plus Skin Protectant is indicated for the care of intact or injured skin associated with severe or chronic diarrhoea or incontinence. Also indicated to moisturise and protect severely dry skin. Derma Protective Plus Skin Protectant helps maintain skin integrity by protecting against moisture related damage. It has a ‘tacky’ consistency to ensure adherence to the skin and can help with skin on skin friction. Can be used to reduce the risk of Incontinence associated dermatitis. Adheres to moist and dry skin Protects against damage caused by urine, faeces and other bodily fluids. Can be used on intact and injured skin (e.g excoriated and partial thickness wounds up to a grade II associated with incontinence). Can be used under incontinence pads as it will not block pad adsorption. Suitable for daily use, Derma Protective Plus Skin Protectant should be smoothed gently over the affected area, this product will leave a visible barrier on the surface of the skin.
