Directions Follow proper dental flossing techniques. Wrap the floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches of floss between your hands. Gently curve the floss against the tooth surface and gently move it up and down against the side of each tooth. Avoid snapping or forcing the floss to prevent injury. Safety Warning Do not swallow.
