Combining excellent workmanship with the latest technology, design and decoration techniques allows the creation of elegant centerpieces that are unique in their appeal. Glass products from Poland are famous and generate interest among customers all over the world. About the process The following three stages of the manufacturing process are executed manually, making each product unique: Stage 1: several minerals including silica sand and soda limestone are carefully measured and melted in a furnace at temperatures reaching 1700°C. Stage 2: a skilled glassblower gathers molten glass at the end of a hollow tube, mouth-blows into the tube while rotating it, using various tools and gravity to create a variety of forms, including vases, bowls, decanters etc. Bubbles of air can sometimes get trapped within the molten glass (and are occasionally visible in finished products) which is an acceptable and authentic part of handmade, mouth-blown glass. After achieving the desired shape, the glassblower cools the molten glass object down. Stage 3: an experienced artisan decorates the glass items using various decorative techniques. Depending on the desired result, the item is sandblasted and/or engraved and painted to create a unique glassware product.
