Product Description Thick-steel heavy tray of 12 moulds for baking individual pastries. 12 traditional madeleine's. Moulds arranged so as to optimise the circulation of hot air. Good cooking results thanks to iron: the tray reaches high temperatures, enabling the juices to caramelise. Even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking. Functional and practical non-stick trays: PFOA-free PTFE guaranteed coating for easier mould release, steel protection against oxidation and easy cleaning. Grease the trays before use. Traditional oven cooking (max. 220 degrees C). Not suitable for the microwave oven. Do not use metal objects in the moulds. Care: wash by hand (non-abrasive sponge). Not dishwasher-safe.
