Description Product Description The macro adapter MUNDO MA522 is CNC-machined from high quality aluminium and black anodized as protection against environmental influences and scratches. The macro adapter can be fastened to ball heads or 2-/3-way heads via the Arca compatible QRC, or via a standardized 3/8 inch connection thread. Useful accessories, like a gooseneck for positioning flashes or LED-lamp, can be quickly and reliably fastened by using the two integrated 1/4 inch connection threads.When used with MUNDO tripods of the 522 series, the centre column (Ø 22mm) of the tripod is used as macro column in the MUNDO MA522 macro adapter. The macro adapter is either fastened on the ball head of the MUNDO 522T (integrated Arca compatible receptacle), or by using the 3/8 inch connection thread directly on the short macro centre column, which comes with all MUNDO tripods. The MUNDO MA522 macro adapter is also suitable for all commercially available tripods or tripod heads. This requires a centre column with 3/8 inch connection thread and a diameter of 22 mm or a tripod head with Arca compatibility. For the MUNDO 525M tripod range there is the corresponding macro adapter MUNDO MA525 optionally available as separate item. There is also offered as separate item the macro kit CROSS CX668 to adapt to the MUNDO macro adapter MA522. It consists of a 430 mm long flexible gooseneck, a fixing clamp and a hot shoe, which is fastened to the gooseneck via a 1/4 inch connection thread - ideal for mounting flashes and LED-lamps.
