• 🥒Light: Cucamelons thrive in full sun, needing at least 6–8 hours daily for strong growth. Choose a sheltered spot to protect from wind. Sunlight encourages flowering and fruiting, producing sweeter, more abundant fruits. Indoor seedlings benefit from a bright windowsill or grow lights until outdoor temperatures are warm enough.
• 🥒Soil & Nutrients: Grow in well-draining, fertile soil enriched with compost or organic matter. A slightly acidic to neutral pH is ideal. Incorporate a balanced fertiliser or slow-release feed to support steady growth. Regular feeding every 2–3 weeks during flowering improves fruit production. Avoid overly rich nitrogen feeds, which promote foliage over fruit.
• 🥒Water: Keep soil consistently moist, especially during flowering and fruiting, without allowing it to become waterlogged. Mulch around plants to retain moisture and suppress weeds.
