During a quiet night shift, Nick Stokes (George Eads) is dispatched by the team to investigate a report of human remains found in an alleyway. When he disappears, the rest of the team are sent chilling evidence of his abduction - captured by a deranged madman, Nick is entombed in a clear coffin with a tape-recorder, a gun, and only 12 hours of air. In a live web feed to his colleagues, Nick starts to panic, and the team have a nerve-wracking race against time to discover his location before the air runs out.
