Step-by-Step Usage Guide (DTF Workflow) Prepare a high-resolution image and mirror it before printing. Immediately while the ink is wet, evenly apply DTF powder (hot-melt adhesive powder) over the printed image and shake off excess powder. Cure the powder: bake or oven-cure the powdered sheet according to your powder supplier’s recommendations until the powder melts and the surface appears smooth and level. Place the cured transfer on the fabric with the printed side down. Use a heat press with recommended settings (140–150°C for 10–15s) or follow your heat-press machine and powder guidance. Allow the transfer to cool completely (cold peel). Carefully peel off the PET carrier to reveal the finished transfer. Care & Storage Wash garments inside out; follow garment fabric care instructions. For best durability, wash in cool/warm water and avoid harsh detergents/bleach.
