A vice designed specifically to hold historical coins during the process of cleaning, restoration and preservation. Made from plastic to avoid damage, it features multi sized recesses with varying depths to firmly hold a coin of almost any size. The vice includes a clamping base inwhich it sits. To avoid movement, the base may be fastened to your work surface with a clamp or screws for a permanent fixture. Meanwhile to vice itself may be removed and re-orientated to work at various angles, without having to unfasten from the work surface.
