This is a balsa model kit SIL56 to make a model of a 54 ft canal holiday cruiser Narrow Boat. Silsden Boats. When finished it will be 225mm long x 28mm beam. It is a static model suitable for a model railway layout (OO gauge) or a diorama setting. The kit includes Balsawood for the hull, pre-shaped cabin, printed parts sheet, pre-shaped wire tiller, etched brass stern rail, colour sheet and full building instructions. You will require a model making knife, quick drying wood glue, sandpaper and paints to complete the model.
