The Cover Ex provides superior quality, ease of use, and effortless operation...all of which have yet to be offered at a no-nonsense price point. In addition, the Cover Ex boasts an all-aluminum construction as well as aluminum mounting brackets. You won't find any plastic brackets on this lifter. It is compatible with the majority of square and rectangular spas that have been produced through the years and requires just 12" of clearance behind the spa. These cover lifters are not designed to hold the weight of a water logged/heavy cover and will bend if used with them. Safety Warning Do not use with a waterlogged or heavy cover. Ensure 12 inches of clearance behind the hot tub for safe operation.
