About this item
  • 【2 Seat & Reliable Safety】 There are two spacious seats which can be used for two children to share driving pleasure together and realize double happiness in a car. Each seat has a 3-point safety belt to protect children. Besides, the lockable doors ensure higher security.
  • 【Realistic Driving Experience】Designed with bright headlights, unique and cool ambience lamps, the lifelike electric toy car will catch kid’s attention at first sight. What’s more, the one-button start, high / low speed and forward / reverse direction, flexible steering wheel with vivid horn bring them fabulous realistic driving experience.
  • 【2 Driving Modes with Soft Start】In addition to manual operation by kids themselves, the 12V battery powered UTV also comes with a 2.4G remote control. Thus, parents can control the speed and direction of the vehicle for safe use. Even better, both of these driving modes feature soft start which protects children from sudden impact.
  • 【Premium Wheels for Various Grounds】Equipped with wear-resistant and anti-slip wheels, the off-road electric vehicle allows children to ride on various terrains, such as asphalt road, brick road and boardwalk. Moreover, the suspension springs on the 4 wheels effectively reduce shocks and bumps, ensuring smooth driving.
  • 【Multiple Joyful Functions】Once fully charged, the electric car can provide children with extra long play time, and the Media Center will display the battery level. There are also several built-in songs to cheer your child up. USB ports, wireless technology and radio make more audio sources available.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
