A bushy evergreen shrub from Marshalls Garden, Coronilla glauca 'Citrina' produces scented pale lemon pea-family flowers over a prolonged season, with an initial burst from late winter into spring and often a second flush in late summer followed by slender seed pods. Prefers full sun and well-drained, moderately fertile soil, and is frost-hardy but benefits from the protection of a sunny, south-facing wall in cooler climates. Supplied in a pot, this compact ornamental is ideal for sunny borders, containers, or sheltered spots where its fragrant blooms can be enjoyed.
