Sime Tapes Q – 12 m / 50 mm corner tape Sime Tapes Q is a modern composite product that is used as a connecting element in interior construction with plasterboard. The base of the tape is a white, flexible, highly bending and crack-resistant film made of a durable plastic as a supporting core, the outer coating consists of a composite of cotton raw materials with an admixture of finishing raw materials, which ensure a very good adhesion to the plaster compound. The perforation on the edges of the tape allows the penetration of the grout and, together with the absorbent and rough surface, increases adhesion to the substrate and the strength of the joint.
