- WHEN & HOW TO SOW: Sow outdoors from March to June. Plant seeds at a depth of 2 cm in well-drained soil. Keep warm at approximately 10°C for successful germination. Suitable for sowing all year round if protected from frost.
- GROWING DETAILS: Transplant: April to July. Spacing: 10 cm apart. Coriander prefers sunny or lightly shaded areas and benefits from regular watering.
- HARVEST & USE: Harvest from July to September. Both the leaves and seeds are edible. Add fresh leaves at the end of cooking to preserve flavour — or collect seeds for drying and long-term use. SEEDS: 270 Approx.
