- CORIANDER CILANTRO FOR LEAF SEEDS: Easy, can be grown in pots all year round. Use chopped leaves in stir-fries, curries or chutneys or use whole in salads and as a garnish.
- SOW: January to December, HARVEST: January to December, HEIGHT: 60cm, PREFERS: Full Sun, SEEDS: 150 Approx.
- FOR INDOOR SOWING: WHEN - All year round for pots indoors. WHERE - In pots of moist compost. HOW - Sow thinly, cover lightly with compost. Firm gently. Cover with clear glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at 15-20C. and keep moist. Seedlings appear 14-21 days. CARE - Remove cover when seedlings appear. Place in a light airy location. HARVEST – All year round, pick the leaves as required.
- FOR OUTDOOR SOWING: WHEN - March to June. WHERE - In the growing position. HOW - Sow thinly, cover lightly with fine soil. CARE - When large enough, thin to 20cm apart. For a continuous supply, sow at three weekly intervals. HARVEST – May to November, pick the leaves as required.
