  • CREATES 22KG TO 56KG RESISTANCE: This Green Resistance Band from Core Balance creates 22kg to 56kg of resistance depending on how far you stretch it. As a result, it’s the equivalent of lifting a 56kg weight when stretched to its full capacity. Because it’s an extra-heavy band and is extremely challenging to stretch, it’s a perfect choice for bulking up.
