Cooking Weight Press with Wood Handle for Fish Burger Press (Rectangle)

• MULTIFUNCTIONAL BBQ COMPANION: More than a burger press, this weighted tool works well for bacon, flattened meats, paninis, and sandwiches. Its substantial weight helps apply even pressure for crisp edges and consistent cooking results. A handy addition to home kitchens and outdoor BBQ kits.
• EASY TO CLEAN & MAINTAIN: The cast iron surface is straightforward to clean and care for, offering long-lasting durability. After use, a simple wipe-down is usually all it takes to get it ready for the next cookout. A practical, reliable choice for everyday grilling.
• FLATTER FILLETS, CRISPIER SKIN: This fish press applies gentle, even pressure to help fillets make full contact with the hot pan. It helps reduce curling and uneven contact, supporting golden, crisp skin while keeping delicate fish flat as it cooks.
• LESS MOVEMENT & FEWER FLIPS: By holding fillets steadily against the pan, this press helps reduce lifting, curling, and unwanted shifting during cooking. For suitable fillets, it can also cut down on repeated flipping, helping protect delicate fish from breaking apart.
• EASY TO POSITION & VERSATILE: Add a little oil or clarified butter and preheat the pan. Place the fillet skin-side down, then set the press on top. For larger fillets, centre it over the thickest part and adjust for even pressure. Also works for pressed sandwiches, roasted vegetables, steak, bacon, and crisp potato slices.
