This pan is the essential tool to make a great paella. The pan is maintenance free, with no special cleaning required. However, please ensure that you wash and fully dry it after use - and store with a thin coating of olive oil. This seats on the surface to prevent rusting. Before the first use, you will need to wash it well to remove the manufacturer's special anti-rust coating. You can do this with hot soapy water. 700mm Paella Gas Burner double ring: This metal gas burner has pilot burner that communicates all the rings allowing an independent use of each fire.
