Product Description Coo-Var Shellac Prime-All Stain Blocker Sealer & Primer for Wood Plaster Cement with PSP Touch-up Brush (250ml) Directions 1. Stir the Shellac Prime-All before use. 2. Apply the product with a brush or roller on the desired surface. 3. Allow the product to become touch dry (approximately 10 minutes). 4. Apply additional coats if needed, ensuring each coat is touch dry before adding another. 5. For exterior use as a spot primer, allow the product to fully dry (approximately 1 hour) before painting over it.
