• Application: For pressing or looping of wire ropes, clamping cables. Compression of the wire rope clamps (rope sleeves) made of aluminium is possible using a pair of pliers or a vice. Aluminium pressing sleeves are particularly suitable for the formation of sockets or loops at the ends of a rope. Ferrules are used for the production of eyes, loops & stops on steel wire ropes & cables. Their oval shape makes it easy to thread cable when creating a loop. These aluminium cable ties can be pressed using a vice or pipe wrench, for example. We recommend special clamps for higher tensile loads & professional uses. Thanks to the oval shape, the cable can be easily inserted during production. The aluminium ferrules according to DIN EN 13411-3 can be used in accordance with current lashing and lifting regulations as well as in static systems. The aluminium crimp buckle clips can be used as fastening elements for steel cables with fibre core at ambient temperatures between -40°C and +100°C (cables with steel insert up to +150°C).
