Product description
Please do NOT book any tradepersons to be on site until your materials have been delivered to avoid disappointment. If you order a single lintel - it may be at an increased lead time. Please allow access for an 18 tonne vehicle to crane off into position. Any issues with access please message us beforehand. Deliveries can ONLY be made to the kerbside of your address - if a hiab crane is used - this will reach a maximum distance of 5m and then it is the customers obligated to move the slabs from there. Drivers are not permitted or insured to drop anywhere other than kerbside.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
