This pre-compressed joint sealing tape is made from polyurethane soft foam with acrylic dispersion and is designed for professional use in construction and metal industries. It provides a secondary, permanently elastic seal for movement joints, ensuring long-lasting protection against wind, dust, noise, and splashing water. Ideal for sealing between prefabricated concrete parts, masonry, trapezoidal sheets, and sandwich elements, it is rainproof, quick and easy to apply, and retains its flexibility even under pressure. The tape is free from CFCs, chlorinated compounds, and halogens, offering low thermal conductivity and excellent mounting properties. It adheres well to most surfaces except PE, PTFE, PP, and silicone, provided they are cleaned of dirt and mortar. Also ideal for window coupling, roof structures, and prefabricated components, it offers high thermal and acoustic insulation for durable joint sealing.
