All our filters out perform all comparable disposable and reusable filters. Cotton absorbs part of the oils released from coffee beans still passes through acids. The cut obtained is clear crispy, rich and robust with all the acid of paper infused coffee, without the taste of paper, and all the richness of the French press without the heavy creaminess. Coffeesock filters are made with certified organic cotton. Cotton gives no flavor to the finished beer unlike paper.
