Its wide variety of effects and finishes, is a highly recommended powder coating for use in the catering, automotive, nautical, industrial and decorative sectors.
- HIGH STRENGTH: Our electrostatic powder paints with COATINNG powder polyester resins are resistant to UV light. They are much more resistant to yellowing from excessive baking than Epoxy or hybrid paints. The thickness obtained in the final paint with a single application is sufficient to ensure high mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of the applied coating.
- FAST AND EFFICIENT PAINTING: Thanks to their high covering power, their short in-line painting process and polymerizing in the drying oven at a controlled temperature, they offer a fast and very professional finish compared to other industrial finishing and painting processes. Consistent results with high homogeneity are obtained. Easy to reproduce with minimal errors and excellent coverage of the edges of the pieces.
- ECO-EFFICIENT: Our paints are totally eco-efficient as they are totally free of TGIC and solvents. In addition, special installations are not necessary to store the paints and their use does not generate sludge or contaminating residue. With the appropriate technique, the use of the product is between 95 to 98%.
