The brazing of the tungsten carbide tips to the body is precisely controlled to ensure the maximum possible security of the bond.Following the application of the trade mark orange PTFE coating, the final profile grinding and sharpening operations are carried out which guarantee both the accuracy of the cutter shape and a smooth finish to the cut.
