The silky soft eyeliner pencil allows for smooth application and delivers long-wearing colour: transfer resistant, water resistant, smudge resistant. A built-in smudge tip on the opposite end can be used to soften the line. Use it to create versatile looks from defined to smokey. Gives you time to play: formula allows 60 seconds for blending and smudging before setting. Available in a range of versatile shades. Directions Just unscrew about 3mm (to protect it from drying out, the Quickliner will not turn back). Contour the eyes. Using the applicator on the other end, gently blur the colour to the desired effect. Colour: 60 seconds. Allow to dry for optimum durability. Close cap well after use to protect the silky formula.
