Recover stronger without sacrificing circulation! These climbing finger pulley splints are designed for A2 and A4 pulley injuries, offering targeted support while keeping blood flow and nerve function intact. Perfect for rehab! ⸻ 🧠 A Note on Sizing The sizes listed in the set descriptions (e.g., 10mm to 19mm) refer to the height of the finger, measured from the back to the front — that is, from the top of the finger (nail side) to the palm side at the joint where the splint will be worn. This is the key measurement for pulley splints, because their job is to hold the tendon close to the bone — replicating the function of the injured pulley (typically A2 or A4). We’ve also included approximate diameter and circumference references below, since diameter is often easier for most people to measure. However, please note that diameter is less precise due to variations in finger shape and tissue compression. If you do measure it, we recommend doing so as tightly as possible at the affected joint, since a snug fit is more effective at supporting the pulley system. That said, comfort is personal. Some may prefer a slightly looser fit, especially during longer wear. That’s why we recommend starting with a multi-size pack to help you dial in the right fit.
