Handmade Vegan Cookies. No colouring, no preservatives , no E's. You, your kids and your friends and family can enjoy these cookies without a worry. We never really used the mean taste amplifiers, simply because we don't make something we won't give our own kids. It's handmade. The only machine involved is a kneader and the oven itself. The cookies are similar in dimensions, but you won't find two of exact same shape as we slice them by hand. The dough is too crumbly, therefore a machine won't manage the cut. They are baked to perfection for that crispiness in the middle and the crust...crust is very important to us.
