Caterers can add seasoning, milk, cream, butter, olive oil as required. Suitable for Vegans. Ingredients Dried Potato, Salt, Colour (Curcumin), Antioxidant (Rosemary Extract). Directions To make 2 servings: Add 100g of mashed potato mix to a bowl and add 400ml of boiling or cold water, stir well and leave to stand for 1 minute (if using cold water leave to stand for 3 minutes). Before consumption, the product must be heated until the temperature reaches 72°C for 2 minutes (or equivalent).
