14" hanging basket liner, well actually the liner is 22 inches, but it will nicely fit a 14" diameter basket. It's made of 5mm thick felted jute made from recycled coffee sacks (the same stuff as we use for our popular mulch mats). Get creative and make your own gorgeous hanging baskets!
