The Chicco Sensory Flower is a stackable toy that features nature with lots of electronic and manual activities to train the attention and senses of the child. The central flower and animals accompany the child to discover the natural world through light and sound effects, and is calibrated according to their needs: Every time the child inserts a petal, the central light, with the same colour as the inserted petal, turns on slowly with a fading effect and activates the sounds of nature. Each of the 3 petals has a specific size, colour and texture so as to be easily recognizable and to stimulate development of the sense of touch. The 3 cute animals help children to develop tactile skills: move the ladybug left and right, press the snail button and rotate the bee. The light and musical stimuli are calibrated to help children develop the ability to concentrate and focus on the activity in progress. The sound can be turned off to help the child focus attention only on the light stimuli and manual activities being done. Chicco's Sensory Flower was developed in collaboration with the AITA Neuropsychiatry Scientific Centre and with the National Association of Italian Educators: every feature and functionality has been designed to adapt to the specific needs and abilities of each child.
